Hi, my name is Ken Beatty, I am the owner/president of TDI Remodeling Corp. We are a local, honest, hardworking, general contracting company here in Medway MA. We have been in business for the past 25 years. We specialize in residential remodeling as well as both residential and commercial demolition. Specifically, selective demolition.

I got my start in construction as a union pipefitter in the early 80’s, following in my father’s footsteps. When things got slow in the late 80’s early 90’s I made a change. I went to work for a demolition company in Hopedale MA. After being there just one year the company tripled in size and I was promoted to vice president.

Two years later I went out on my own. Using the both the skills I had developed as a licensed pipefitter and as a demolition contractor I started my own company. You see I grew up in a blue-collar family, I have several brothers and brother in laws and everyone one of us is a tradesman.

One owns a painting company, two of us are general contractors, one a finish carpenter, one a local firefighter, as well as a carpenter and my twin, installs overhead doors. Over the past 20+ years, I have continued to sharpen my skills as a carpenter and as a general contractor.

From 2009 – 2011 my company was hired by Lowes to install doors and windows as well as fencing. During that time, I installed more doors, windows and especially fences than any other contractor Lowes had worked for them in there Milford and Framingham MA stores.

I also worked with Home Depot and Renewal by Anderson in 2012 to install doors and windows. In 2012 Renewal by Anderson hired my company when their existing installers could not keep up with the demand for window and door installations for the end of year tax credits they were offering.

In 2015, when ice dams decimated new England homes I worked with dozens of homeowners and their insurance companies to secure funding and repairs to their properties.
